I've been blogging for one year today! It's gone by quickly. Of course having a baby during the year always helps pass the time too. Ha ha! While I haven't always posted regularly I hope to continue to grow and evolve my blog over the next year. As a thank you for reading and to help celebrate my one year of writing, it's only appropriate that I would give away one of my fav things! My favorite drink is an iced non-fat, no whip caramel Macchiato with little ice and extra caramel. I like to slirp up the clumps of caramel- yum!

Grande, non-fat, green tea latte, no classic (or melon for that matter), extra matcha, 2 scoops, add protein, add energy, preferably 1/2 hot water, 1/2 non-fat

just a simple Grande, Caramel Frappucino Light, no whip.

My favorite especially right now that its hot out and Im preggo is The vanilla Bean...awww so good and refreshing!

My all-time fave drink is a grande iced vanilla latte, single shot, only 3 pumps vanilla.
If I'm "counting" (aka: WW) I'll get it as is - if NOT ;) I'll have it made with whole milk and often go for a venti.
I also really like the green tea lemonades with or without sweetener.

Happy Blog-a-versery! I have 2 fav drinks. If I need something hot, I get a Triple Venti Latte. Now for something cold, an Iced, Quad, Venti, Light ice, non-fat, Carmel Macchiato. mmmmmmm...I think I need to go for a little drive to the coffee temple now. Haha

with 3 boys, (ages 10,9 and 7) a trip to starbucks is always a treat!!! just to walk in the door and get a wiff of the coffee. (of course, i always end up getting a double tall, non-fat, no whip mocha!) i love the little things in life. :)
